Once opened, matcha is best consumed within 3 months for its freshest taste. However, it can last up to 1–2 years if stored properly in the following conditions:

• Seal properly & tightly to prevent oxidation.
• Keep away from light and humidity.
• Store tightly sealed in the refrigerator before and after use.
