EARLGRAY MATCHA LATTE

1. Brew strong Earl Gray tea (30–40 ml) and let it cool slightly.
2. Sift 1–2 tsp ki’en ceremonial matcha into a bowl.
3.Whisk with 30 ml hot water until smooth and vibrant.
4.Add milk of your choice to the tea.
5.Gently pour in the matcha and stir.
Fragrant, smooth, and beautifully balanced.
