1. Sift 1–2 tsp ki’en ceremonial matcha into a bowl.
2. Whisk with 30 ml hot water until smooth, vibrant and frothy.
3. Fill a glass with ice.
4. Add cold milk of your choice.
5. Pour the matcha over and stir gently.
